Strong Prime is a dietary food supplement registered under EU Regulation (EC) No 1169/2011 on the provision of food information to consumers. It is classified and sold exclusively as a food supplement and is not a medicinal product, pharmaceutical preparation, or health claim product.

• It is not intended to diagnose, prevent, support recovery from, or substitute for any disease or medical condition
• Do not exceed the recommended daily serving of 2 capsules per day

3. Eligibility

4. Order Process

Submitting an order form on our Website constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation call or email from qulsira.eu. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including cases of product unavailability, suspected fraud, or incomplete contact information.

• Orders are accepted for delivery within the territory of Bulgaria only via our standard checkout process
• Order quantities may be limited to ensure fair availability for all customers
• We will contact you by phone within 1 business hour to confirm your order and delivery address

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Website are in Bulgarian Lev (BGN) and include applicable VAT in accordance with Bulgarian tax law. The price valid at the time of confirmed order will apply.

Accepted payment methods:

• Cash on delivery (наложен платеж): payment made to the courier upon receipt
• Visa / Mastercard: secure online card payment via our payment gateway
• ePay.bg: Bulgarian online payment platform
• Bank transfer: payment to our registered company bank account before dispatch

qulsira.eu reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

6. Delivery

We deliver exclusively within the territory of Bulgaria using Speedy AD and Econt Express EOOD courier services. Standard delivery timeframe is 2–4 business days from order confirmation. Delivery is free on orders over 80 BGN; otherwise a standard courier fee applies as displayed at checkout.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. qulsira.eu is not responsible for delays caused by courier service disruptions, force majeure events, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

In accordance with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (Закон за защита на потребителите) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Additionally, qulsira.eu offers an extended 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason within 30 days of delivery, contact us to arrange a return and full refund.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resaleable condition for a full refund
• Return shipping costs for non-defective products are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Website or our products
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Website content
• Temporary unavailability of the Website for maintenance or technical reasons
• Losses resulting from reliance on Website content as a substitute for professional medical advice

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts.

As an EU-based business, we also participate in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures in compliance with EU Regulation 524/2013. Consumers may submit complaints via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
